Setting Up Email on Apple iPhone

Step 1: Open Settings

• Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Go to Mail

• Scroll down and tap on Mail.

Step 3: Add Account

• Tap Accounts then tap Add Account.

Step 4: Choose Provider

• Scroll down and choose Other.

Step 5: Add Mail Account

• Tap Add Mail Account.

Step 6: Enter Information

• Name: Your Name

• Email: yourname@youremail.com

• Password: Your Password

• Description: Your Description

Step 7: IMAP Settings

• Under incoming mail server, set:

  • Hostname: imap.youremail.com

  • Username: yourname@youremail.com

  • Password: Your Password

• Under outgoing mail server, set:

  • Hostname: smtp.youremail.com

  • Username: yourname@youremail.com

  • Password: Your Password

Step 8: Advanced Settings

• Tap Next then Save. Go back into the account and tap Advanced.

• Under incoming settings, make sure Use SSL is ON and the Server Port is 993.

Step 9: SMTP Settings

• Go back to Account, then tap SMTP under Outgoing Mail Server.

• Tap on smtp.youremail.com and ensure Use SSL is ON and the Server Port is 465.

Step 10: Done

• Tap Done to complete the setup.
