Setting Up Email on Android Devices

Step 1: Open Email App

• Open your preferred Email app on your Android device.

Step 2: Add Account

• Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines), then tap Settings, and then Add Account.

Step 3: Enter Email Information

• Type in your email address, yourname@youremail.com, and your password.

Step 4: Choose Account Type

• Choose IMAP.

Step 5: Incoming Server Settings

• Server: imap.youremail.com

• Port: 993

• Security Type: SSL/TLS

• Tap Next.

Step 6: Outgoing Server Settings

• SMTP Server: smtp.youremail.com

• Port: 465

• Security Type: SSL/TLS

• Tap Next.

Step 7: Account Options

• Choose your desired email check frequency and other options, then tap Next.

Step 8: Name Your Account

• This step is optional but helps you identify the account in your email app. Tap Next.

Step 9: Done

• You've successfully set up your email account on your Android device.
