Access Google Workspace Admin Console

Login to Google Workspace: 

Open your web browser and go to [admin.google.com](https://admin.google.com).

Sign in with your Google Workspace admin account.

Add Your Domain

Navigate to Domain Management:

Once logged in, find and click on Domains in the left-hand menu.

Click on Manage domains.

Add Your Domain:

Click on the Add...

Step 1: Open Gmail App

Open the Gmail App on your Android device.

Step 2: Add Another Email

Tap your profile picture, then tap Add another account.

Step 3: Choose Account Type

Choose Other.

Step 4: Enter Email

Enter your email yourname@youremail.com and tap Next.

Step 5: Choose Account...

Step 1: Open Airmail

Open Airmail on your macOS laptop.

Step 2: Add Account

Go to Preferences > Accounts > Add Account.

Step 3: Enter Email Information

Email Address: yourname@youremail.com

Step 4: Enter Server Information

IMAP Hostname: imap.youremail.com, Port 993

SMTP Hostname: smtp.youremail.com, Port 465

Step 5: Done

Click Add to complete...

Open Mozilla Thunderbird. If you're opening it for the first time, you'll be prompted to set up an email account.

Step 2: Add Account

Click Skip this and use my existing email.

Step 3: Account Information

Your Name: Your Name

Email Address: yourname@youremail.com

Password: Your Password

Click Continue.

Step 4: Manual Configuration

Click Manual Config.

Open the Mail app by typing "Mail" into the Windows search bar and clicking on the Mail app.

Type in your email address, yourname@youremail.com, and your password.

Open Microsoft Outlook on your Windows computer. If you haven't set up an email account on Outlook before, it will automatically prompt you to add one.
